Pond stewardship
Oleg Mashtaler
Oleg Mashtaler has worked with HBS Facilities since 2010. As a daytime operator, he maintains HVAC systems across campus and responds to equipment problems.
He also cares for the chapel's 17 koi. He helped improve the pond's filtration and water treatment, monitors pH, and feeds the fish, which swim over when he approaches.
